Advisory Council
This group broadly represents all SOCRATES participants and recommends policy and direction for SOCRATES.
Governing Board
SOCRATES is governed by a Board comprised of the SCSC Governing Board, augmented by two public library board members and a MnSCU representative.
Technical Review Committee
This committee reviews and makes recommendations regarding equipment, facility and technology infrastructure needs.

Regional schools and public libraries that provide video and data connectivity.
K–12 Education, Public Library, and Higher Education Video Regions
Regional ITV providers for K-12 and higher education.
